Office seating (task chairs, guest chairs, lounge seating, etc.) contains anywhere from a 7-year to 12 year warranty. ANSI/BIFMA ratings are also an important factor to the furniture we carry, which is a commercial-grade testing process that ensures quality and performance for highly-trafficked commercial use. Many online products or cheaper alternatives do not have this certification, and therefore do not guarantee long-term performance and safety for users.
